Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can pay by cash on arrival however you are advised to call in advance to see if we have space for walk ins.
Our upper age limit is 12 years old.
No, it is just food and drinks purchased in the building to be consumed.
Yes we do have some gluten free options, please ask on the day for what we have available.
You get your 2 hour play session and any meal from the child’s menu. If having a hot meal they will get a cup of diluting juice and a sandwich box comes with a carton of juice.

Important Updates

  • From tomorrow (Wednesday 25th August) we will no longer have set sessions in place for Monday's - Thursday's during term time. So you can come along any time between 9.30 and 4.30 for a 2 hour session (last admission at 3pm). The option will still be there to book online for a session however this is not now necessary.
  • Set time sessions will remain in place for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Advance bookings are required for weekends as these are our busiest days.
  • When the school holidays come around again we will operate with set time slots every day and again advanced booking will be required.
  • Laser tag update : we are awaiting a system update for the equipment, once this is done we will post an update when we can start taking bookings for parties.
  • We will also be restarting our autistic (NAS) sessions on Friday 24th September, 5pm-7pm. As before, we will host these ssssions on the last Friday of every month (unless otherwise stated). Booking is not required, just come along and pay at the door
